The design of this 41,000-square-foot school centers on fostering community and supporting children’s development through thoughtful architecture. Key features include 16 classrooms, an aviary, butterfly garden, gym, cafeteria, kitchen, music studio, and administrative spaces, all organized along three main circulation axes. Courtyards are a recurring element, linking classrooms and shared spaces while encouraging outdoor learning and interaction. Emphasis on natural light, solar orientation, and residential-scale massing ensures the building integrates well with its neighborhood. Community amenities like the cafeteria, music studio, and gym also serve as gathering spaces, reinforcing the school’s role as a local hub.
